Does a marketing/lspci/rocminfo name indicate an AMD integrated GPU?

This is the canonical name classifier — the single replacement for the three former divergent copies. Returns false for discrete cards (“Radeon RX 7900 XTX”, “RX 7800 XT”, …) and true for APUs/iGPUs.
