Validate that a benchmark outcome meets all quality criteria.

Checks:

  • Duration ≥ 180 seconds
  • Sample count ≥ 18
  • All utilization values in [0.0, 100.0]
  • All VRAM used ≤ VRAM total
  • All temperatures in [0, 120]
  • All clock speeds positive
