Performs stronger-than—help post-install verification on the installed binary.

Runs from the installed path (VAL-CROSS-009, VAL-CROSS-011). Attempts llama-bench with a small model for VAL-CROSS-010. Runs rdna3_validation if available for RDNA3 proof (VAL-CROSS-011).
