Fetch userFills for address, parsing it into UserFill rather than the SDK’s lossy type.

Issued through the SDK’s own HttpClient, so base URL, TLS configuration and error type are exactly those of every other info request this client makes — only the response type differs.

§Errors

Returns a transport error if the POST fails, or a parse error if the response does not match UserFill — which includes the case where tid has stopped being sent.
