ExecutionBuffer

Buffers IB executions until their commission reports arrive.

The fee asset of a trade whose commission report IB did not send.

parse_decimal_or_warn

Convert f64 to Decimal, logging a warning if conversion fails (NaN/Inf).

parse_ib_timestamp

Reads IB’s text time, as on an execution or a completed order, as an instant.

try_decimal_or_warn

Convert an IB f64 to a Decimal: None, with a warning, when it is not a finite number that fits, so that a caller can keep it unknown rather than read it as zero.
