Prefer warnings._warn_unawaited_coroutine so origin tracking can
format the creation traceback. If that helper is missing, broken, or
not a RuntimeWarning-as-error, fall back to a plain RuntimeWarning.
Never raises; leftover exceptions become unraisable.
