Crate rustlavel_metrics 

rustlavel-metrics: Prometheus metrics, gathered from what the framework already reports.

Nothing has to be instrumented twice. Every package dispatches on the instrumentation bus; this listens and keeps counters and histograms, and serves them in the text format Prometheus scrapes.
