A boxed future borrowed from the store and its arguments.

Mirrors rustlavel_cache::store::BoxFuture and exists for the same reason: FlagStore has to be dyn-compatible, because an application chooses its store at boot and everything downstream holds an Arc<dyn FlagStore>. async fn in a trait is not dyn-compatible, so the methods return this instead.
