Verify an already materialized bundle directory against a manifest.

Every regular file must be listed and every directory must lead to a listed file. Symlinks, hard links, sensitive paths, special files, extra empty directories, and normalization/case aliases are rejected.

Errors

Returns an error when the manifest is invalid or the directory does not match it exactly.
