Generate Android density images and an iOS asset catalog atomically.

When source is supplied it becomes the source for both icon and splash derivatives without modifying the user’s source tree. Otherwise assets/icon.png and assets/splash.png are used.

Errors

Returns a typed error for unsafe roots, invalid source images, release-readiness failures, or filesystem writes. Existing complete output is reused; partial output is never overwritten.
