Cross-compile, archive without signing, and prove the main Mach-O targets physical iOS.

The returned .xcarchive and .app are compile evidence only. They are not installable until a later signing phase applies an Apple development identity and matching provisioning profile.

Errors

Returns AppleError for invalid inputs, unsafe internal paths, command failures, missing archive products, or Simulator/device Mach-O confusion.
