Identities (spec 002, 3.3.2 and 3.3.3): sha256: and 64 lowercase hex
digits. Computed identities come from crate::Identified::id (and
content digests from crate::Document::record_digest); supplied ones
(ArtifactId, DatasetId, EvaluatorConfigId) are validated only.
