Parameters

• handle: Plugin handle from plugin_init

Returns

State code (0=Installed, 1=Starting, 2=Active, 3=Stopping, 4=Stopped, 5=Failed) Returns 255 if handle is invalid

• handle must be a valid handle from plugin_init
