Who visited in the last hours (1–2160), optionally for one host: the
Traffic page’s JSON. Err when counting is off.
GET /traffic/query: page views from the traffic database for a date
range (from, to: YYYY-MM-DD, inclusive; default the last 30 days)
and any filters; Err (404) without a database.
