Timestamp: a UTC instant with microsecond precision, the type of the
created_at / updated_at / deleted_at columns the repository
maintains (18.30.0).
How it is stored, per backend:

Reading accepts every form these produce (T or space, a fraction of 0
to 9 digits, Z, +00, +00:00 or no zone, a date alone) and, for an
integer column, Unix seconds.
