Module range 

Byte ranges (RFC 9110 §14) and response bodies.

A response body is a Vec<ContentRange>: one entry for a normal response, several for multipart/byteranges. Range is a start and an inclusive end byte. Range::get_content_range_of_a_file and Range::get_content_range build a ContentRange for a whole file or a byte buffer with its MIME type; parse_range_in_content_range turns a Range request header into the requested slices.
