OIDC provider discovery and hardcoded presets.
OidcProvider holds the endpoint URLs for an identity provider.
Use one of the preset constructors (google(), microsoft(), etc.) or call
OidcProvider::discover to fetch endpoints from the standard
{issuer}/.well-known/openid-configuration URL.
