Async connection pool — DbPool and DbTransaction.
Backed by sqlx. model-sqlite, model-postgres, and model-mysql are
not mutually exclusive: each compiled-in feature adds a variant to the
DbPool/DbTransaction enums below, so a single binary can hold pools to
more than one backend at once. Which variant a given DbPool is depends
on the Backend passed via DbConfig::backend.
