HTTP header fields.

A Header is a name and a value, both Cow<'static, str>: build the standard ones from the Header::_X name constants and &'static str values (borrowed, no allocation), other values from a String with Header::new. Read a field through deref (&*h.value). Header::parse turns a Name: value line into a Header; generate does the reverse.

Header text must be UTF-8 without control characters. Examples: src/header/example/.
