Graph model and builder for the crate.
This module defines the core data structures for the knowledge graph
(KnowledgeGraph, FileNode, Item, Relationship) and the analysis
passes that populate relationships (module hierarchy, import uses, calls).
You typically construct a graph via KnowledgeGraph::build_from_directory_*
and then pass it to queries in crate::query.
