Module interpolate 

SVG path interpolation and length approximation utilities.

Ported from Remotion’s @remotion/paths helpers:

• evolve_path — draw-on animation via stroke-dash trick
• approximate_path_length — fast string-based path length estimation
• interpolate_path — linear interpolation between two SVG paths
