Read interface used by plan_insert_extent_deep to fetch any internal or leaf block referenced by an index entry on the way down. Callers wire this through a BlockDevice (or a buffered cache when running under a transaction).

fn read_block(&self, block: u64, out: &mut [u8]) -> Result<()>

Read exactly out.len() bytes of the block numbered block. The caller picks the buffer size (always block_size).
