The quota for retained automated backups was exceeded. This prevents you from retaining any additional automated backups. The retained automated backups quota is the same as your DB Instance quota.

DBSnapshotAlreadyExistsFault(String)

DBSnapshotIdentifier is already used by an existing snapshot.
