tsvectorin: lexemes with spaces between them. A lexeme in quotes can have spaces, two quotes are one quote, and a backslash takes the next character as it is. After a colon come the positions with commas between them, each a number from 1 with an optional weight A, B, C or D. A position above 16383 is 16383.
