Runtimo Daemon - Unix socket JSON-RPC server for capability execution

Usage: runtimo [OPTIONS]

Options: --socket PATH Unix socket path (default: data/runtimo.sock) --http Enable HTTP listener (placeholder) --http-port PORT HTTP port (default: 8080)

Background Mode

Supports dispatch — submit a capability, get job ID immediately, check later. Uses status and jobs RPC methods for queriable job history.
