Frozen v1 daemon manifest and service-definition registration substrate.
This direct persistence surface owns only the v1 registration records, SHA-256 seal/verify rules, host stamp, validated paths, and private-file behavior. It deliberately does not select an IPC endpoint, broker client, daemon runtime, identity probe, or async runtime. Frozen v1 manifest and service-definition registration substrate.
The public modules here are the canonical owner of persisted registration.
Legacy client-only broker paths re-export these exact items for source and
type identity compatibility. Endpoint names, connection policy, client
transport, and daemon runtime deliberately stay elsewhere.
