Windows: <system drive>\rman\_cache, short and inside the default runner
root, so one Defender exclusion covers both. macOS: the Library/Caches
beside the Library/Application Support the application data is in, so a
boot-mode daemon running as root and the operator’s CLI, which share those
directories, resolve the same root; then this account’s cache directory.
Linux: this account’s cache directory. Each plus runner-manager.
