pub fn selection(flags: &Vector, rows: usize) -> Selection

The first rows positions of flags where the flag is true and not null.

A vector that is not boolean, or is in a form with no loop here, falls through to reading it a value at a time and records itself in crate::fallback. The answer is the same either way.
