Completion signal a v2 streaming provider calls after its request fn has returned.
Retained in the ABI for a future host that can keep the plugin’s own stream
alive past the request fn. This host does not use it: the plugin receives
None and must therefore finish inside its request fn (which it can do
promptly on cancellation by polling ProviderStreamControl). Keeping the
type documented — rather than deleting it — is what makes a future host able
to add the capability without another signature change.
message_json is a plugin-owned owning StbString holding the final
assistant message.
