Module npm 

Native Pi-compatible npm command selection and argument construction.

npmCommand is an argv array, not a shell command. The first entry is the executable and every remaining entry is a fixed prefix prepended to npm operations. This permits wrappers such as ["mise", "exec", "node@20", "--", "npm"] without shell parsing.
