Validates an unsigned value against its field-level signed Java range.

A context without a range is a Rust extension and remains unrestricted. Derive output calls this helper once before sink dispatch; unsigned decoders call it once after successful parsing.

ยงErrors

Returns ProtocolContractViolation::JavaRange when value exceeds the declared range. The error contains only static field metadata.
