RLNC Decoder — in-place pivot-based Gaussian elimination over GF(2⁸).
Coefficients and payloads are stored separately. Incoming coefficients are reduced first so dependent packets never touch their large payload, while innovative packet buffers move directly into column-ordered pivot storage.
