Split a single identifier into sub-tokens via camelCase / snake_case.

Returns the original token (lowered) plus any sub-tokens.

  • getHTTPResponse → ["gethttpresponse", "get", "http", "response"]
  • my_func → ["my_func", "my", "func"]
  • XMLParser → ["xmlparser", "xml", "parser"]
