Front-end helpers shared by the TUI and the GUI: graph history, process table sorting/filtering joined with GPU usage, and small naming helpers.
Nothing here depends on a UI toolkit.
Structs§
- Alert
- A condition on a host that needs attention, for overviews.
- History
- Fixed-size history of samples, newest last.
- Metric
History - Graph histories of one host, updated from each snapshot.
- Process
Query - How the process table is filtered and sorted.
- Process
Row - One row of the process table: the process plus its GPU usage.
Enums§
- Graph
Span - How much time the graphs cover.
- Severity
- How urgent an
Alertis. - SortKey
- Columns the process table can be sorted by.
Constants§
- HISTORY_
LEN - Number of samples kept for graphs: over an hour at the default interval of 1 s, and wider than any realistic terminal in braille dots (2 samples per cell).
- LHM_
HINT - Shown where the CPU temperatures go when LibreHardwareMonitor cannot be
read (Windows; see
Snapshot::lhm_error).
Functions§
- alerts
alerts_withthe default thresholds.- alerts_
with - Conditions in
snapshotthat need attention, most severe first: storage errors and failing drives, degraded RAID, full filesystems, hot CPUs, GPUs and drives, judged bylimits(0 turns a threshold off). - default_
interface - Picks the physical interface with the most traffic so far.
- is_
virtual_ interface - Returns true for container bridges, veth pairs and loopback, which are skipped when choosing and listing interfaces.
- lhm_
help - Explanation behind
LHM_HINT, given the reason it could not be read. - process_
rows - Processes of
snapshotafter filtering and sorting, joined with GPU usage. - signal_
name - Name of a signal as shown to the user.
