pub struct ResponseIdentity {
pub message_id: Option<String>,
pub response_id: Option<String>,
pub provider_request_id: Option<String>,
}Expand description
Response identity metadata for one completed model call: which provider
objects this exact attempt produced. The three axes stay distinct —
message-scoped, response-scoped, and transport — and every field is None
when the provider did not report it: a documented outcome, never an error.
Fields§
§message_id: Option<String>Provider-assigned assistant message ID (e.g. an Anthropic or OpenAI
Responses msg_…) — an ID the provider would recognize on a replayed
assistant message.
response_id: Option<String>Provider-assigned response-scoped ID (e.g. an OpenAI chatcmpl- or
resp_… ID) — names the whole response, never replayed as a message
ID.
provider_request_id: Option<String>The provider’s transport request id (HTTP response header such as
Anthropic request-id, or provider SDK response metadata) — the id
provider support asks for. Never the body’s message/response id.
