Helper function to stream assistant-visible completion output to stdout.

This helper prints streamed assistant text and reasoning only. Streaming metadata events, such as MultiTurnStreamItem::CompletionCall, are not printed; metadata is returned on the FinalResponse via accessors such as FinalResponse::completion_calls.
