RGB utilities

This module defines some utility methods.

  Wrapper for the RGB runtime and its lockfile.

  Supported Bitcoin networks.

• load_rgb_runtime
  Write the lock file for write access in the provided wallet_dir, load the RGB runtime for the provided bitcoin_network and return the loaded runtime.
