The node library (LuaTeX manual §10.5) and node.direct.
Node userdata (LNode) and direct integers both refer to nodes in the
engine’s arena. Type ids, subtypes and field names come from the data
recorded from LuaTeX’s own node library
(retex_engine::nodes::LUATEX_NODE_TYPES).
