Error reporting and recovery (TeX: The Program §71–§98, §311–§320).
Errors print ! message., the input context and help text exactly as
TeX does. Fatal errors end the run by unwinding to the top-level driver
with a JumpOut payload (TeX’s jump_out). std::panic::resume_unwind
is used, so no panic hook runs and nothing is printed. This is the only
non-local exit in the engine.
