A 0x05 image whose named graphs are stored per graph (kind 5), rebuilt as
a 0x05 image with the quad index: every statement is read back out and
assembled again with what the file carries (pyramid, text index and its
scope, label index, permutations, card). What rete convert does for such a
file, and what the public per-graph writers fall back to.
