Every distro logo retch ships, as (id, display name), in the order --print-logos and
--list-distros show them. Any other id falls back to Tux.
Both flags read this one list. Until v0.20.11 each kept its own copy, and
--list-distros still lacked the five logos added after it was written. A test ties
this list to assets/logos/*.txt, so adding a logo without an entry here fails.
