Constant INTERSTITIAL_TIMEOUT

pub const INTERSTITIAL_TIMEOUT: Duration;

How long the shell waits for an interstitial before releasing the game.

The games’ BREAK_TIMEOUT: a host that never reports the ad’s end must not freeze the game, so the deadline ends the break whichever way it went.
