Crate reliary_dead 

Grammar-free dead code detection (V13: cross-file, ported from carrion).

Key difference from V1: scans ALL files and merges global occurrence counts BEFORE testing for deadness. A function called from another file will NOT be flagged as dead. This matches carrion’s approach.
