The pure no_std + alloc core of rusty_esp_signal: types, traits and algorithms with no drivers, no allocator and no product types. forbid(unsafe).

Chip backends for rusty_esp_signal: the WRAP crate. `esp-hal` (Track B, no_std + Embassy) or `esp-idf` (Track A, std on ESP-IDF). The only crate in the workspace allowed a fenced unsafe block, and only at a DMA or FFI boundary.

The chip half of rusty_esp_dsp: the PIE twins (ESP32-S3 `ee.*` behind `pie-s3`, ESP32-P4 `esp.*` behind `pie-p4`) of the scalar kernels, each gated byte-identical against the scalar oracle. The only crate of the package allowed a fenced unsafe block, and only around an intrinsic. no_std.
