rk self-depend status | add | clean | sync: the consumer half of
release-kit’s own distribution.
The producer half already ships: the crate, the flake at every tag,
and the release archives. This handler serves a consumer that pins
one of those through the tool manager it runs. status is the offline
reporter and fetches nothing; add serves the fragments for one
manager and venue pair and seeds the manager file where a target has
none, never editing a file the target owns; clean removes what a
predecessor mechanism left and names the rest, so the wiring is a
replacement and never an addition; sync moves the pin to the latest
release through the wired manager, inside a fenced transaction for
the flake pair, both files or neither. Every report goes through the
output boundary with a versioned schema.
