Module matrix 

The manager × channel matrix: which pairs land as a fragment, which as the technology’s own command, and which are a hand edit with a named reason.

The matrix guesses nothing it cannot read offline: a nixpkgs attribute, an asdf plugin name, a source hash are unknown here, so the pairs that need one are manual with that reason, and the operator or the agent finishes them from the report.
