retry_delay_ms: Option<u64>

Default retry delay applied to NACK-requeued messages before they become re-deliverable. None means no delay — the released message is immediately available again (pre-#723 behaviour). Some(ms) reuses the per-message availability machinery from issue #722 to defer the next delivery attempt. An authorized NACK ... WITH DELAY <duration> overrides this per-failure.
