Why a coordinated failover could not complete without losing writes.

Variants

CatchUpTimedOut

A coordinated handover aborted because the target could not reach the frozen frontier before the deadline. Writes have been resumed on the old primary; no acknowledged write was lost. Use FailoverMode::Force to hand over anyway.
