Only structures whose growth is O(data) or O(traffic) belong here. L2’s disk extent is not memory and stays out; its RAM-resident metadata (B+ tree index, synopsis filters) is accounted under MemoryPool::BlobCacheL1 because it is the blob cache’s RAM footprint.
