Expand description

Bind user-supplied positional $N parameters into a freshly-parsed query expression. Unlike bind_parameterized_query — which is the other half of the auto-parameterized prepared-statement shape cache — this entry point assumes the parser already emitted Expr::Parameter nodes (one per $N reference) and just substitutes them in place.

Validation (arity, gaps) is performed by user_params::validate before this call; here we trust the slice indexes match the parser’s 0-based slot numbering.
